  Transparentizer 1.31                                       2004-08-30

  ABOUT / FEATURES

  Transparentizer is a free desktop-tool for Windows that makes the
  desktop-icon-labels transparent which looks way nicer when using
  background images. Transparentizer detects desktop changes
  to provide permanent transparency.

  * Permanent transparency
  * Access via tray icon
  * Installer/Uninstaller (NSIS2)

  SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  Transparentizer should work fine on Win98/Win98se, WinME and Win2k.
  Using Transparentizer with WinXP doesn't make much sense because it
  natively offers transparent icons labels.

  Transparentizer has not been tested on Win95 and WinNT by now.

  LIMITATIONS

  Transparentizer does not work properly with activated ActiveDesktop.
  I hope to fix this in future releases.
